BRITTANY BELL

MANAGING PARTNER

Brittany Bell is a communications and brand strategist working at the intersection of entertainment, culture, audiences and brand. Across television, streaming, consumer products and lifestyle industries, she advises organizations, executives and creative leaders on building visibility, strengthening reputation and creating meaningful connections with the audiences that matter most.

She leads the firm’s television, streaming and consumer practice, helping companies turn cultural relevance into lasting brand value through communications strategies that connect compelling stories, influential voices and engaged communities.

Throughout her career, Brittany has worked across media, entertainment, gaming, technology and consumer brands, including with globally recognized organizations such as Netflix, Nelvana, WildBrain, Adult Swim, W Network, STACKTV and Bell Media, as well as on-air personalities, athletes, musicians, content creators, entrepreneurs and emerging growth-stage companies.

Her work spans public relations, corporate and brand communications, executive visibility, thought leadership, audience development, reputation strategy and integrated campaigns. With a deep understanding of how entertainment and consumer culture intersect, Brittany helps clients identify the stories, partnerships and moments that can move a brand from simply being seen to becoming part of the conversation. Central to her approach is the belief that the strongest brands are not simply visible. They earn relevance by building genuine relationships with the people and communities they serve.

Brittany also brings extensive experience supporting non-profit organizations, advocacy initiatives and special causes, applying communications strategy to work designed to create meaningful social and community impact. Her experience across both commercial and purpose-driven organizations informs an approach grounded in empathy, authenticity and an understanding of the responsibility that comes with public influence.

She serves as Chair of the Canadian Public Relations Society’s ACE Awards, one of Canada’s leading communications awards programs, helping recognize excellence and innovation across the profession while supporting the broader communications community. A graduate of Humber College, Brittany has built her career around the relationship between storytelling, culture and human connection.

MATTHEW CELESTIAL

MANAGING PARTNER

Matthew Celestial is a corporate communications executive working at the intersection of reputation, culture, technology and growth. Across media, entertainment, technology and consumer industries, he advises organizations and senior leaders navigating moments of transformation, opportunity and change.

He oversees the firm’s film, animation and technology practice, helping companies translate ambition into influence: shaping the narratives that build trust, move audiences and create momentum around businesses, brands and ideas.

Over more than a decade, Matthew has worked across some of the world’s most influential entertainment and consumer organizations, including DreamWorks, Pixar, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Hard Rock Digital, Corus Entertainment, Kids Can Press, WGAMES, Purdue Pharma, 13AM Games, Flair Airlines and T&T Supermarket.

His work extends beyond traditional communications. Matthew advises leaders on corporate reputation, executive positioning, audience development, commercialization, stakeholder strategy and organizational transformation. He is particularly interested in what comes next: how technology, data and artificial intelligence are reshaping the way organizations understand audiences, make decisions and build enduring relevance. At the centre of his approach is a simple belief: communications should not sit at the edge of the business. It should help move the business forward.

Matthew serves on the board of directors of the Canadian Public Relations Society’s Toronto chapter and as Treasurer on its executive committee. He also serves on the board of the University of Toronto’s Woodsworth College Alumni Association, contributing to alumni engagement and initiatives surrounding the university’s bicentennial. His previous board and industry involvement includes the BRIC Foundation, Toronto Animation Arts Festival International and CIUT 89.5 FM.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Matthew’s interests have always crossed disciplines: from media and storytelling to science, technology and entrepreneurship. Outside his executive work, he is an amateur animator and programmer and can occasionally be found swimming or boxing.

Matthew has also served as a spokesperson for the Arthritis Society Canada and supports awareness and advocacy efforts related to Diabetes Canada, causes with personal significance to him.
